Celebrating Hindi World Language Day

Celebrating Hindi World Language Day

Celebrating Hindi World Language Day

Today, Friday January 9, our students in the Hindi Language Experience along with their peers in their classes  celebrated Hindi World Language Day in honor of January 10. They sang a song in Hindi to their peers. It was wonderful to see their confidence, joy, and pride as they shared their language with the school community.

We were also honored to welcome a special visit from Consul General Mr. Gupta, who joined us for the celebration. His presence helped highlight the importance of language, culture, and global connection, making the day even more meaningful for our students.

Hindi World Language Day is recognized to celebrate the Hindi language and its role in connecting millions of people across cultures and countries. Hindi is one of the most widely spoken languages in the world.

Celebrating this day gave us a wonderful opportunity to honor linguistic diversity, strengthen cultural appreciation, and uplift student voices as leaders in learning. We are proud of all of our students for sharing their talents and representing their language or a language they are learning with such pride.
